These terms govern your access to and use of Forge. They are a template for AlphaSynth AI and will be replaced or supplemented with counsel-reviewed terms before broad production distribution.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including harassment, illegal content, malware, or attempts to break or circumvent security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Content
You retain rights to content you upload, and grant Forge a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. Final license scope will appear in counsel-approved terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, until superseded by executed agreements with AlphaSynth AI.
